Module:

  • Neetishatakam – Learn timeless values and life lessons through the verses of Bhartrihari's Neetishatakam.

Topics: Good conduct, friendship, humility, knowledge, discipline, and ethics.

  • Tattvanusandhan –Discover the foundational concepts of Sanatan Dharma through numbers, classifications, and teachings found in our scriptures.

Topics: Parabrahman, Trideva, Triguna, Purusharthas, Vedas, Ashramas, Panchabhuta, Sapta Rishi, Sapta Lokas, Dashavatara, Navagrahas, Nakshatras, Samskaras, Jyotirlingas, and many more concepts from Sanatan Dharma.

  • Yama - Niyama (Ashtanga Yoga) – Build character through principles such as truthfulness, non-violence, cleanliness, and contentment. 

Topics: The 5 Yamas—Ahimsa, Satya, Asteya, Brahmacharya, Aparigraha; and the 5 Niyamas—Shaucha, Santosha, Tapas, Svadhyaya, and Ishvara Pranidhana. 

  • Sattva–Rajas–Tamas – Understand the three gunas and their impact on thoughts, habits, and actions through teachings from the Bhagavad Gita.

Topics: Sattvic living, emotions, behavior, food, and personality development.

  • Panchang – Learn the basics of the Hindu calendar, including tithi, nakshatra, festivals, and auspicious timings.

Topics: Tithi, Vara, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, and festival observances.

  • शुभकर्म – अशुभकर्म - Understand how good and bad actions arise from our thoughts, words, and deeds, leading to Puṇya (merit) and Pāpa (demerit).

Topics: Rāga, Dveṣa, Moha, Pravṛtti, 10 Śubhakarmas, 10 Aśubhakarmas, Puṇya, Pāpa, and Karma-phala.

  • Dinacharya & Ritucharya (Ayurveda) - Discover Ayurvedic daily and seasonal practices for a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Topics: Vata–Pitta–Kapha, Shad Rasa, daily habits, food, sleep, and wellness.

  • Shloka Meditation – Enhance focus, mindfulness, and inner peace through chanting and meditation.
